With years of experience in both community health programs and private practice, I specialise in chronic disease management—including heart disease, diabetes, malnutrition, and gastrointestinal health. I also have a pers behaviour Let’sonal passion for supporting individuals living with Hashimoto’s disease, shaped by my own journey.
