For Carers, Medical practitioners & Support-Coordinators
Patients can see a dietitian without a referral unless they plan to claim Medicare rebates under a CDM or EPC plan created by their General Practitioner. We prioritize communication with our patients' care teams and are happy to provide a letter to facilitate a seamless transition of care. Please reach out to us to discuss how we can assist your patient or to make a referral.
